01Overview
Every day you hand money to the same handful of companies. You tap a card, you order a meal, you take a ride. The company grows. You keep the receipt.
Scrip flips that. The coffee shop that takes Visa, the McDonald's on your corner, the Uber you took home: each one becomes a way to own a small piece of the company itself. Not points. Not a coupon. Real tokenized stock, settled on chain, in a wallet only you control.
02Drops
Drops are stock that lives at real places on the map. Walk there, open Scrip, take a live photo, and the stock is yours.
The further you go, the more you own. A walk to the corner shop pays a little. A trip to headquarters pays a lot.
03Receipts
The money you already spend counts too. Snap a paper receipt, or forward a PayPal or Uber email receipt, and Scrip reads it, checks it, and turns part of it into stock of the company on the receipt.
Paid with Visa, earn Visa. Ate at McDonald's, earn McDonald's. Rode with Uber, earn Uber. The company you paid is the company you own.
04Ownership
Everything you earn on Scrip is paid out as real tokenized stock on Robinhood Chain: V, PYPL, MCD and UBER. It lands in your wallet, it shows in your portfolio, and every payout links to its transaction on the explorer.
There is nothing to redeem and nothing to cash in. You hold it the moment it arrives.
05Proof of presence
A drop only counts if you are really there. Scrip reads your location over time, takes a live photo through the camera, and checks that both agree with the place. Screenshots, uploads, spoofed locations and edited images do not get through.
Receipts go through the same care. Photos are read and checked for edits, email receipts are verified against the sender's signature, and large purchases get a closer look before they pay.
06The $SCRIP token
$SCRIP is the key to the map. Holders claim drops and turn receipts into stock. Everyone else can explore.
Trading fees from $SCRIP fund the vault, and the vault buys the stock that holders earn. More trading means more stock flowing out to the people who hold.

The vault is a single public wallet that holds USDG from fees. When you earn, the vault swaps USDG for the stock you earned on Uniswap and sends it straight to you. Every swap and every payout is on chain for anyone to check.
Each day the vault releases a share of what it holds, and rewards adjust with demand. That keeps the vault healthy for the long run, so drops keep landing tomorrow, next week and next year.
